About the role and the team

Our UX team is made up of talented people from around the world who are passionate about what they do. Our input in product development is valued and expected, and our culture is deeply customer-centric. The role sits within a company that lives by its values and seeks to learn and grow together.

How you'll make an impact

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work on delighting our users and making the customer journey as unique and memorable as the objects themselves. You’ll contribute to key elements of our value proposition, such as “delightful discovery”, “curation by in-house experts”, or “smooth and easy shipping.” You’ll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Writers, Product Managers, Developers, and Data Scientists as part of an Engineering, Product, Design & Data (EPD) team. You’ll champion user needs and connect them with business and technology to deliver validated, viable designs that address real user needs.

What you’ll do
  • Drive research efforts to identify user needs, uncover key opportunities, and align them with business goals.
  • Transform ideas for innovation and improvements based on user research, data analysis, and competitive reviews into viable, creative solutions.
  • Work hands-on to create design deliverables such as user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, design system elements, and prototypes that demonstrate outcomes.
  • Align with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback early and often and maintaining a user-centered focus.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to review designs and copy proposals, contributing to a consistent and coherent platform.
  • Facilitate and participate in concept workshops, design sprints, and other creative sessions.
Who you are
  • Strong conceptual thinker, passionate about always putting user needs first.
  • 5–7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating a variety of high-quality work and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, interaction design, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of the user-centered design process and research methods.
  • Fluent in design tools (e.g., Figma); familiarity with prototyping tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design sprints, Scrum/Agile, and Lean UX is a plus.
Why you’ll love working with us
  • Create visible impact by working at scale in a global organization serving millions of customers across 80+ categories.
  • Flat structure with broad scope and direct impact on customers and business.
  • Learning and growth opportunities through development plans and mentorship programs.
  • Inclusive culture with 800+ employees and 60+ nationalities; queer-friendly and welcoming to diverse perspectives.
  • Benefits include a €100 Catavoucher on joining, a €50 Catavoucher on birthdays, and extra time off for personal goals; additional leave for anniversaries and major life events. Benefits vary by location; consult your recruiter for country specifics.
