Job summary

SoSafe GmbH is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Engineer to shape data-informed decision-making across our product lines. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM to translate complex data into clear insights that drive product strategy and business growth.

Lisbon or Portugal-based, you will own event instrumentation, build scalable data products, and evangelize data literacy across teams. You’ll also explore AI-native tooling to speed up insights and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics/analytics engineering supporting product teams in B2B.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills for scalable analytics.
• Experience with event-based tracking data for web/mobile.
• Ability to translate data into actionable product insights.
• Experience leveraging LLMs to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Excellent communication of findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with GTM cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics across different product lines and define metrics.
• Influence decision-making with data-driven storytelling for product leaders.
• Build reusable data products enabling self-service analytics.
• Define event instrumentation practices for self-service analytics tooling.
• Drive data literacy and close partnership with teams to enable insights.
• Explore AI-native approaches to accelerate dashboard building and insights.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to tie product usage to business outcomes.
