Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Principal Pricing Analyst to act as the internal pricing expert across the Product Portfolio. You will shape pricing principles, governance, and monetisation strategy while leading AI pricing initiatives and complex pricing projects to drive ARR growth.

In this senior role, you will collaborate with CPO, CFO, and other leaders, overseeing price modelling, packaging design and discount governance, and mentoring junior staff within a high-impact team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing economics.
• Experience translating pricing into governance and strategy.
• Ability to communicate pricing concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and codify Unit4's pricing principles and governance.
• Lead AI pricing strategy and dynamic pricing initiatives.
• Drive price modelling, packaging and discount governance.
• Partner with Product, Deal Desk and Finance on monetisation.
• Mentor junior pricing staff and develop team capabilities.
