Arcesium, a global financial technology firm, seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the PSRE team. You will ensure stability and availability of production applications, driving incident response, proactive monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop automation, improve reliability, and contribute to the evolution of SRE practices across platforms, shipping resilient infrastructure and tooling.

Qualificações

• 5 years or fewer in SRE/DevOps roles with strong SRE fundamentals.
• Proficient in Python or Java for automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS cloud services.
• Fluency in English; legal right to work in the country.

Responsabilidades

• Incident Management: act as primary contact for incidents during NY hours, drive communication and resolution with eng teams.
• Proactive Monitoring & Analysis: monitor health and performance, identify risks, implement prevention measures.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: diagnose multi-layer issues (app, infra, network) and implement fixes.
• Collaboration & Communication: work with engineering, development and operations, provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Automation & Optimization: automate tasks, improve efficiency, build tools to reduce manual work.
• Continuous Improvement: contribute to SRE practices, share knowledge, foster learning.
