Arcesium LLC in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Site Reliability Engineering team. In this role, you'll manage incidents, evaluate application health, and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize system performance. Ideal candidates will have up to 5 years of SRE experience, strong coding skills, and expertise in cloud services, particularly AWS. Qualificações

• Up to 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering role.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact and leader for incidents impacting our platform.
• Continuously monitor the health and performance of applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across various layers of the stack.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, development, and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Conhecimentos

Incident management expertise

Proficiency in Python or Java

Hands-on experience in Kubernetes

Cloud experience (AWS preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English

Ferramentas

Terraform or CloudFormation

Monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
