Jobgether is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in Portugal to build scalable internal platforms and tooling that empower development teams to move fast and reliably. You will own CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability, partnering with security and infrastructure teams in a distributed, remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled tooling, and improving developer experience while reducing operational toil across global engineering teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong automation and tooling design for self-service platforms.
• Hands-on production systems on AWS with IaC.
• CI/CD pipelines experience and deployment automation.
• Observability, monitoring, and production debugging expertise.
• Excellent communication for remote, asynchronous teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain internal developer tooling and platform abstractions.
• Develop and operate automated CI/CD pipelines for frequent releases.
• Manage AWS infrastructure with IaC, focusing on security and cost.
• Apply SRE practices to improve reliability and incident response.
• Use AI and automation to reduce toil and improve developer productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platforms.
