As a Senior People Business Partner for Central Europe, you will be integral in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our company's growth and culture across Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia, and Greece. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance. By fostering a positive and productive work environment, you will help ensure that our team can focus on delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Reporting directly to the People Exec, you will collaborate with local leaders and global teams to ensure that our people strategies align with business objectives, while also ensuring compliance with diverse labor regulations across Central Europe.
