Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to strengthen OT/ICS security across diverse industrial environments. You will implement IEC 62443 controls, embed secure development practices, and drive threat modeling and secure coding initiatives.

Join a team focused on data protection, encryption, and robust vulnerability management, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, integrity, and client success. Hybrid work model with 2–3 days on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on OT/ICS Security.
• Hands-on experience implementing IEC 62443 controls.
• Solid expertise in Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC/SSDLC) and threat modeling.
• Experience deploying data protection, encryption, and vulnerability management strategies.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement and integrate IEC 62443 controls within OT product environments.
• Embed security practices across the product development lifecycle from requirements to testing.
• Conduct threat modeling at design stage and enforce secure coding practices.
• Deploy and manage data protection and encryption in product and OT contexts.
• Oversee vulnerability management and lead day-to-day security operations.
