Job summary

Randstad Portugal is seeking a Senior OT Security Consultant to join our Cybersecurity practice in Lisbon or Porto. You will assess industrial control systems, develop OT security roadmaps, and help clients protect critical infrastructure against cyber threats.

The role requires hands‑on experience in industrial environments, knowledge of IEC 62443/NIST frameworks, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver remediation plans and security architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial operational environments such as energy, manufacturing, and utilities.
• Strong knowledge of OT security concepts and relevant standards.
• Proven ability to develop OT cybersecurity roadmaps and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT cybersecurity maturity and risk assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Assess ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC/IIoT environments to identify security gaps.
• Develop OT roadmaps and remediation plans for clients.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts (NIS2, IEC 62443).
• Review OT networks for segmentation and secure remote access.
• Conduct OT vulnerability assessments and security architecture audits.
• Assist deployment and optimization of OT security monitoring platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to implement improvements with minimal disruption.
• Contribute to incident response planning and cyber resilience for industrial settings.
• Produce executive reports and technical client presentations.
