Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering Siebel solutions in Telecom environments.
• Hands-on experience with recent Siebel versions (IP21+ or above).
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end Siebel solutions with integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Siebel deployments for telecom clients, from design to go-live.
• Configure and optimize product/service catalogs, orders, and workflows within Siebel.
• Develop and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP) and data reconciliation processes.

Requirements

• Product & Service Catalog Configuration (end‑to‑end setup, structure, rules, and dependencies);
• Integrations (inbound/outbound services, REST/SOAP, Integration Objects, Workflows, Business Services);
• Order Management (asset‑based ordering, revisions, delta logic, PMT, follow‑on orders);
• Batch Management (EIM, scheduled/batch integrations, reconciliation and data consistency);
• Reporting (BIP/report generation and operational reporting);
• Advanced Siebel Frameworks (VBCs, ARCOs);
• Strong experience delivering Siebel solutions in Telecom environments;
• Proven ability to design and implement end‑to‑end solutions with hands‑on experience with recent Siebel versions (IP21+ or above, preferred IP24 or IP25).
