Caixa Mágica Software seeks a Senior PL/SQL Developer to enhance IT solution consistency, drive development and ensure service continuity. The role emphasizes security, quality and scalable architecture within a banking-focused environment.

The candidate will lead technical projects, refactor code, and provide architectural guidance while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver robust product components across environments.

Qualifications

• 6 years minimum of experience in software development and BA/IT environments.
• Proven expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development and database performance tuning.
• Experience with Java and Spring Batch architectures.
• Nice-to-have knowledge of Perl or Python and banking domain familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects and guide integration efforts.
• Refactor code and develop applications with a focus on security and quality.
• Provide architectural advice and supervise implementation across domains.
• Monitor security, obsolescence management and compliance with standards.
• Support application projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Design and test software components to improve maintainability and quality.
