Bridge 351 in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Database Administrator – Oracle (ExaCC/Exadata) to optimize performance and cost efficiency. You will lead migrations, tune CPU usage, and ensure robust backup/recovery across Exadata and ZFS/ZDLRA environments.

The role requires advanced Oracle DB skills, Kerberos auth, and cross-platform collaboration, with a hybrid Lisbon-based work model and opportunities for international exposure.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable technical field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on Oracle database experience in production.
• Proven expertise in performance tuning and resource optimization.
• Experience with ExaCC, ZFS and ZDLRA is a strong plus.
• Linux/Unix (primary) and Windows knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize Oracle DB performance via compression, tuning and indexing.
• Fine-tune ExaCC CPU allocation for efficiency.
• Improve backup/recovery for ZFS/ZDLRA appliances.
• Lead projects like Kerberos auth and Oracle Client upgrades.
• Guide teams on DB design, SQL coding and scalability.
• Perform root cause analyses of performance incidents.
• Enforce access controls, auditing and encryption.
• Collaborate across multi-platform environments when relevant.
