much. Consulting is seeking a driven Senior Odoo Consultant to join our International Business Unit in Portugal. You will own end-to-end ERP projects, align business processes with IT architecture, and lead high-impact workshops for executives.

The role demands 4+ years in IT/ERP or management consulting, a sharp analytical mind, and fluency in English and Spanish. We offer a fast-paced environment with rapid responsibility and a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Business Administration or related analytical field.
• 4+ years of hands-on IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C2 or native).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large IT transformations.
• Analyze IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Build feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to steer development.
• Prepare pitches and lead workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge between clients and engineering teams, translating requirements into specs.
• Take expert role in Finance, Operations, Logistics, or HR to ensure delivery.
