Jobbex IT is seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to support client networks in Portugal. The role focuses on security policy implementation, vulnerability remediation, and log analysis to prevent incidents.

You will work with Fortinet and Check Point technologies in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on security engineering experience and hold Fortinet NSE 4 plus Check Point CCSA/CCSE certifications.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable professional experience in similar roles.
• Fortinet NSE 4 certification.
• Check Point CCSA or CCSE certification.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure network performance, availability, recovery, and security in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Contribute to the definition of network security policies, design principles, and technical requirements.
• Implement and continuously improve network security policies and controls.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements related to network security.
• Analyse and remediate web application security vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and analyse logs and reports from network security devices to identify potential threats and security incidents.
