NTT DATA in Lisbon is seeking a Network Engineer to join our ongoing operations and lead the transformation of our client’s network infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining the network estate, troubleshooting alerts, and driving improvements in monitoring and observability.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree and 8+ years in IT, with hands-on IOS/IOS-XE experience, Cisco switch upgrades, and Catalyst Center knowledge.

Qualificações

• Master degree in IT with 8+ years experience.
• Hands-on IOS/IOS-XE administration.
• Experience with Cisco switch upgrades/replacements.
• Familiarity with Catalyst Center and NAC.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and monitor the network estate.
• Respond to alerts and troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents across wired, wireless, access and core networks.
• Support NAC and authentication-related issues.
• Participate in change windows and ad hoc fixes.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks.
• Improve monitoring and observability.
