KCS IT, a Lisbon-based information technology consulting company, is seeking an experienced .NET & React developer to join our diverse team in a hybrid Lisbon role. You’ll work across REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms, delivering scalable backend and frontend solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in .NET/C# and React, strong OOP, design patterns, and a DevOps mindset, with English fluency and a collaborative, cross-functional approach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET/C# and React.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, clean code, and software engineering best practices.
• Solid experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core, developing scalable and maintainable backend applications.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and working with Microservices architectures.
• Strong experience with MySQL and relational databases, including SQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures will be a plus.
• Experience with Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good understanding of software testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and a DevOps mindset.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
