Komodo Consulting seeks a Senior .NET Engineer to design and implement high-performance microservices on .NET 8 for a Technology Company. You will build scalable, event-driven workflows with AWS and lead LLM integrations bridging .NET backends with Python AI logic.

The role involves developing real-time data pipelines, enforcing strong testing, and collaborating with SRE teams to deploy via GitHub Actions and Terraform. English is the working language in a fully English environment.

Qualificações

• Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 8.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS (SNS/SQS/S3/ECS).
• Experience with LLMs and Python integrations (RAG/OpenAI/Anthropic).
• Test-first mindset with solid unit/integration testing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement high-performance microservices using .NET 8 with clean architecture.
• Build asynchronous, event-driven workflows using AWS SNS/SQS.
• Lead integration of Large Language Models into core applications, bridging .NET with Python AI logic.
• Develop high-throughput data pipelines using AWS Data Firehose and Data Streams for real-time processing.
• Uphold high code quality through unit and integration testing (xUnit, WireMock).
• Collaborate with SRE to deploy services via GitHub Actions and manage cloud infra with Terraform.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT while ensuring code security and efficiency.

The Project

We are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to work on a project for a Technology Company.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-performance microservices using .NET 8, with a focus on scalability and clean architecture;


• Build and refine asynchronous, event-driven workflows using AWS SNS/SQS, ensuring data consistency and system resilience;


• Lead the technical integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core applications, bridging .NET backends with Python-based AI logic;


• Collaborate on the design and development of high-throughput data pipelines using AWS Data Firehose and Data Streams for real-time processing;


• Uphold high code quality standards through unit and integration testing using xUnit and WireMock;


• Work closely with SRE teams to deploy services via GitHub Actions and manage cloud infrastructure through Terraform;


• Leverage AI-assisted tooling such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate delivery while maintaining rigorous oversight of code security and efficiency.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 8, including strong knowledge of the framework's internals;


• Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, including SNS, SQS, S3, and ECS;


• Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and distributed systems patterns such as Pub/Sub, Competing Consumers, and Idempotency;


• Proven experience with Redis or Valkey for caching, state management, and performance optimization;


• Experience or demonstrable interest in working with LLMs and Python, including RAG systems or OpenAI/Anthropic API integrations;


• A test-first mindset with solid experience in unit and integration testing practices;


• Familiarity with DevOps tooling including Docker, GitHub Actions, and Terraform;


• English proficiency at B2 level or above, with confidence communicating and collaborating in a fully English-speaking work environment.
