Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a landmark project in Lisbon. The role centers on an AI-driven software engineering model where AI supports the entire development lifecycle, from requirements to code generation, testing and deployment.

You will define business and technical requirements, guide AI agents and ensure the quality of generated solutions, helping shape scalable delivery methods and best practices for AI-assisted development. Remote work is possible.

Qualifications

You will play a key role in defining business and technical requirements, guiding AI agents and LLM-based development workflows, validating the quality of generated solutions, and helping shape a scalable software delivery methodology. What you will do

• Define functional and technical requirements and translate business needs into clear development objectives;
• Guide and supervise AI-driven development workflows, ensuring generated solutions align with architectural and quality standards;
