emobi, Lisbon-based, is seeking a senior Strategic Performance Media Buyer to drive growth and run multi-channel campaigns across Europe and MENA. The role blends hands-on optimization with strategic scalability, operating within CET hours and owning P&L for allocated geos.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in performance media, budgeting, and AI-driven marketing workflows, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in performance media buying.
• Strong multi-channel background (Google, Meta, DSP, In-App, etc.).
• Strong financial mindset (budgeting, forecasting, P&L ownership).
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows.
• Ability to operate independently with a high level of accountability.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Experience working with structured reporting and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own full traffic acquisition P&L across assigned GEOs (Europe & MENA).
• Plan, forecast and manage advertising budgets.
• Build short-term and long-term scaling strategies.
• Operate campaigns hands-on across Google, Meta, Bing, DSPs, In-App and niche networks.
• Optimize campaigns based on net profitability and business impact.
• Identify scaling thresholds and risks.
• Act as BI source for product and market positioning.
• Lay the foundation for future media buying department growth.
