Wire IT in Portugal is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer (Android) to join a remote team. You will build and maintain high-quality Android apps using Kotlin and Java, with Jetpack Compose and MVVM architecture. Experience with Coroutines or RxJava and testing is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar Android role.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose; Compose Multiplatform is a plus.
• Familiar with Coroutines or RxJava for asynchronous programming.
• Experience with MVVM or similar architecture and testing (unit/UI).
• Proficient with XML layouts and responsive UI design.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Android applications for remote teams.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to define features.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
