Wire IT is seeking a Senior Android Mobile Developer to join our remote team based in Portugal. You will build and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM, delivering robust mobile experiences.

The role requires 7+ years in a similar role, strong Kotlin/Java knowledge, testing coverage, and a passion for modern mobile architecture. This is a no-term full-time contract with benefits and an international team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus).
• Experience with Java (to read legacy code).
• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose (Compose Multiplatform is a plus).
• Coroutines (or RxJava).
• Software Architecture (MVVM or similar).
• Testing with unit tests and UI tests.
