SPD Technology is seeking a Middle ML & AI Engineer to design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, and NLP techniques. You will mentor junior teammates and influence the team’s long-term direction.

The role offers a flexible, fully remote or hybrid setup, with a Scrum-based Agile environment and opportunities for professional growth within a data-driven culture. Strong collaboration with Product and Eng is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/ML/Statistics or related field.
• 4+ years of production ML experience with transformer models.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks; NLP and LLM techniques.
• SQL and data extraction experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models using transformer architectures.
• Build production-grade ML systems capable of real-time, high-volume data processing.
• Mentor junior team members and stay updated on Agentic AI trends.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve data management and support innovation.
