Overview

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a challenging project with a global impact. This position plays a key role within the M365 team, providing support, planning, and service delivery for international entities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the global platform: planned maintenance, updates, migrations, and deployments.
• Manage and optimize the provisioning portal developed in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure the highest levels of platform security and availability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support in international environments.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Group Security, and AXA entities worldwide.
• Identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with Group policies.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 in hybrid provisioning and authentication environments.
• 3–5+ years of experience in PowerShell scripting.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, C# development, and Terraform.
• Experience in international and heterogeneous environments.
• 2+ years of experience in managing and maintaining scale messaging infrastructures.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and federated authentication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Purview, and Defender.
• Fluency in English (100% English-speaking work environment).

Nice to Have

• ISC2 CISSP certification (or equivalent).
• Broad knowledge of Windows security, network security, communication systems, and operating systems other than Windows.
