Keenfinity Group Audio is seeking a Senior MDM Lead to transform our data landscape from a legacy setup into a lean, business-driven model. You will own master data management across Salesforce, ERP, and PIM, establishing data ownership, governance, and scalable processes for digital growth and AI enablement.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data management roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale data transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts, data models, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Head MDM transformation across systems (CRM, ERP, PIM) with end-to-end ownership.
• Establish data ownership, governance, and scalable processes for AI enablement.
• Define data domains and single source of truth per object.
• Enforce data quality standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, sanctions).
• Collaborate with E2E IT Architect to align MDM with target architecture.
