Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manual QA (Front SEO) based in Portugal. You will join a growing QA team, conducting manual testing with a focus on frontend and technical SEO, across the full SDLC.

The role emphasizes test documentation, collaboration with developers and product teams, and contributing to QA process improvements in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. You will analyze requirements, create test cases, validate releases, and ensure high-quality digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Manual QA or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of web applications and client-server architecture.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and practical experience testing websites.
• Experience applying test design techniques for comprehensive coverage.
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation including test cases and checklists.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts and SSR/CSR considerations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Team collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Analyze technical requirements and discuss upcoming tasks and features.
• Create and maintain test documentation including test cases and checklists.
• Validate releases and identify potential issues in test environments and production.
• Perform functional, regression, and acceptance testing of web products.
• Analyze test results and maintain test suites for relevance.
• Test frontend functionality with emphasis on technical SEO factors and accessibility.
• Demonstrate products when required to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments and provide testing insights to investigate issues.
• Track and support features and defects through the Software Testing Life Cycle.
