Kuehne+Nagel is hiring an IT specialist to manage and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Copilot. You will drive governance, security, and automation while mentoring Level 1/2 support teams and coordinating with Security, Compliance and Infrastructure colleagues.

The role emphasizes platform improvement, vendor escalation with Microsoft or third parties, and a clear focus on architecture within governance guardrails.

Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Experience designing security/governance controls and DLP/retention policies.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and govern Microsoft 365 collaboration tools including adoption and usage oversight.
• Design platform security controls and sharing policies in partnership with Security/Compliance teams.
• Assess Entra configurations and manage group/guest access and CA dependencies.
• Monitor platform health, governance risk, and coordinate remediation with owners and control functions.
• Mentor Level 1/2 teams and maintain runbooks and architecture diagrams.
• Review roadmap changes and coordinate testing with stakeholders; escalate to vendors when needed.
