Körber is seeking a Mid Senior Systems Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions across Azure AD, Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. You will focus on enterprise‑level M365 platform operations and collaborate with IT Infrastructure to align services with business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum four years of hands-on experience with Office/M365 platform technologies.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., M365 Fundamentals, M365 Enterprise Admin).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Lead enterprise-level M365 platform operations (Azure AD, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).
• Provide technical recommendations for M365 Modern Workplace, Security, and Compliance.
• Plan enterprise M365 platform vision and roadmap.
• Develop and maintain best practices for deployments and productivity.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and stakeholders to align services with business needs.
• Provide proactive maintenance, health checks, and monitoring.
• Support Level 1/2 by providing documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Escalation support for M365 environment issues.
