Qualificações

• 6–7 years of experience in law firms or as in-house counsel with a focus on public procurement and corporate law.
• Knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance will be highly valued.
• Member of the Portuguese Bar Association in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements focusing on risk management and compliance.
• Support the corporate governance framework, including shareholder relations and board procedures.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of relevant legislation and regulation.
