bridge351 is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to design, operate and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms at scale. You will own CI/CD pipelines, Helm/Kustomize configurations, and multi-cluster operations across international projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and help implement security and compliance practices while working in a fully remote setting with English communication as the primary language.

Qualificações

• Several years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• At least 1+ year of hands-on production Kubernetes experience.
• Experience writing Helm charts or Kustomize configurations.
• Hands-on with OKD or OpenShift.
• Terraform and Helm for automation and config management.
• Proven CI/CD and GitOps experience, ideally ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry; SLI/SLO design.
• Familiar with platform security best practices and compliance integration.
• Experience mentoring teammates and contributing to roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal English; comfortable in multinational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, operate, and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms at scale.
• Manage cluster lifecycle, ingress, service meshes, and cert-manager.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
• Develop automation with Go, Python, or Bash.
• Implement monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor colleagues on infrastructure topics.
• Contribute to platform design, security, and compliance roadmaps.
• Communicate clearly in a multinational team environment.
