Nokia in Portugal is seeking a senior Kubernetes architect to lead the design and evolution of large-scale cloud-native platforms. You will partner with engineering to shape architecture, scale production systems, and set best practices across CI/CD, security, and observability.

You will translate business needs into robust technical solutions, influence decisions, and guide teams towards a pragmatic, production-ready Kubernetes-first vision.

Qualificações

• Senior-level architect with production-grade Kubernetes experience.
• Strong design and leadership for large-scale cloud-native platforms.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containers and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices at scale.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Linux, networking and security.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the architecture of Kubernetes-based platforms, from design to real-world production.
• Translate complex business and product needs into scalable technical solutions (HLD/LLD).
• Set direction and best practices across cloud-native, containerized environments.
• Act as a technical leader, influencing decisions and guiding engineering teams.
• Support teams on implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting in production.
• Continuously improve platform capabilities across CI/CD, observability, and security.
