• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and external inference providers, including schema negotiation and streaming (SSE).
• Contribute to the inference plugin architecture: task settings, chunking strategies, rate limiting, provider configuration.
• Review open source contributions to ensure standards are met.
• Participate in on-call rotation for inference incidents.
• Write thorough tests: unit tests (ESTestCase), YAML REST integration tests, and rolling upgrades.
