Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our backend team. As a senior member, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing our backend platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of
  - level application platforms.
• Drive and participate in functional design specification reviews, providing technical expertise and determining optimal design approaches.
• Collaborate with
  - department teams to ensure seamless integration and shared development efforts.
• Integrate 3rd-party applications and products to enhance platform capabilities.
• Take ownership of backend development processes, from coding to deployment, and actively manage server maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and debug live production issues to ensure high system reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of proven technical experience in Java development, with expertise in building
  - performance, scalable systems.
• Proven deep understanding and practical experience with design patterns and architecture principles.
• Strong knowledge of multithreaded environments and concurrency handling.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with complex databases, including writing advanced queries.
• Expertise in the Spring Framework is a MUST and related technologies.
• Familiar with
  - driven systems (Apache Kafka, Rabbit
  MQ, etc.).
• Excellent
  - solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a
  - paced environment.
