Jobtailor in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Custom Application Development team, designing and architecting technology solutions tailored to clients’ needs and developing backend, web and mobile applications.

You will work on microservices with Java and Quarkus, manage relational and non-relational databases and Kafka, and engage with clients and partners across Europe.

Qualificações

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience developing microservices with Java and Quarkus.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Angular (a plus).
• Java certifications (a plus).
• AWS certifications (a plus).
• Valid visa or work authorization for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect technology solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Develop backend solutions and web and mobile applications.
• Participate in challenging technology projects in Portugal and other European countries.
• Maintain regular contact with leading market players at exclusive technology events.
