Glintt Global in Portugal is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and implement customized technology solutions for clients across Europe. The role emphasizes web/mobile development, backend microservices, and cloud infrastructure with AWS.

The candidate should have 6+ years of experience, strong English and Portuguese communication, and hands-on work with Java, Quarkus, Docker, and Kubernetes. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential for this client-focused team.

Qualificações

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience.
• Experience developing microservices with Java and Quarkus.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Portuguese.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with Angular (a plus).
• Reactive programming with Mutiny and Hibernate Reactive (a plus).
• Java certifications (a plus).
• AWS certifications (a plus).
• Valid visa or work authorization for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Design technology solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Maintain regular contact with leading market players at exclusive technology events.
• Participate in challenging technology projects in Portugal and other European countries.
• Join Glintt Global’s Custom Application Development team.
• Design and architect customized solutions for business needs.
• Develop and manage web and mobile applications.
• Build backend solutions using established frameworks.
• Develop Android and iOS applications using Xamarin, Ionic, React Native, and Flutter.
