Hexa Consulting is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer (French Speaker) to evolve, maintain and modernize business-critical applications and APIs in a banking context. You will work in an agile environment with a hybrid model in Porto, communicating in French and English with international teams.

The role demands 9+ years of Java-based development experience, strong French language skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of professional experience in full stack or Java-based software development.
• French (mandatory) proficiency, with ability to participate in technical discussions.
• English proficiency for international collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to explain reasoning and support decisions.
• Autonomy, organization and prioritization in agile delivery environments.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset and initiative to improve practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and optimize Java-based applications and APIs supporting core business processes.
• Contribute to evolutive development, maintenance and technical support activities.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing and CI practices.
• Support application server modernization and migration activities (JBoss).
• Present technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and technical teams.
• Promote software quality, maintainability and dev practices.
