Expleo is seeking an experienced Java and Microservices Specialist to join our engineering team. You will design and implement complex microservices, define architectural patterns, and own IAM architecture including Keycloak, Okta, and OIDC.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to drive performance, security, and quality. You will mentor junior and mid-level developers, lead code reviews, and create technical runbooks and ADRs.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Microservices.
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions in distributed systems.
• Experience with IAM and identity management.
• Experience mentoring and leading engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of Java microservices.
• Define architectural patterns, coding standards and security best practices.
• Own IAM architecture, including Keycloak, Okta and OIDC.
• Drive technical discussions with Product Owners, Architects and engineering teams.
• Identify and solve performance, scalability and security challenges.
• Lead code reviews and promote engineering quality standards.
• Work with tools such as SonarQube and Snyk.
• Mentor Junior and Mid-Level developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including ADRs and technical runbooks.
