AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to build scalable, secure server-side solutions and a reusable client integration system for a mission-critical SaaS platform. The role requires 5+ years of SaaS experience and strong Java/SQL skills, plus knowledge of microservices and a DevOps mindset.

You will collaborate with design and product teams, plan sprints, and help deliver projects on schedule. English proficiency must be upper-intermediate or higher.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS experience.
• High level of proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• DevOps mindset with automation and CI/CD practices.
• Good understanding of observability and CI/CD.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality results.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build a reusable client integration system with secure cloud software practices.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to plan sprints and estimates.
• Plan and estimate construction and delivery timelines accurately.
• Contribute to technical documentation and automated build/deploy processes.
• Review peers' code and engage in pull-request deployments.
