Decskill in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, build, and maintain server-side components for the Credit eTrading platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.

You will work with Front Office traders, OMS and market connectivity layers, and collaborate with Production Support during releases, migrations, and platform evolutions.

Requires Java 17+, 5+ years of experience, strong OO design, Agile, and a degree in a quantitative field; English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field).
• Strong expertise in Java 17+ and 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with high-performance, scalable, and testable server-side applications.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of eTrading systems, preferably in the Credit domain.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side components for the Credit eTrading platform.
• Develop and maintain the Credit eTrading Order Management System (OMS) and market connectivity layers.
• Implement new features for bond quoting, auto-negotiation, RFQ workflows, and market connectivity.
• Deliver clean, high-performance, scalable, and testable Java applications.
• Collaborate with traders and Production Support during releases and maintenance.
