Decskill is growing its IT consulting team with a focus on Java backend development and modern cloud-native architectures. You will work from Lisbon or Porto with an emphasis on delivering scalable services and robust integration, while collaborating with a diverse client base across Europe.

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot capabilities, AWS and microservices experience, plus a willingness to engage in DevOps, CI/CD, and some frontend tasks if needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on Java development.
• Expertise in Java editions and Spring Boot.
• Strong AWS, microservices and design patterns.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Frontend knowledge (React.js or Angular) is a plus.
• Node.js and PostgreSQL are a plus.
• API security and data privacy best practices.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• DevOps with CI/CD, Gitflow and IaC.

Responsabilidades

• Java backend development using Spring Boot.
• Design solutions with AWS and microservices.
• Frontend development activity if required.
• Deliver in sprints guided by Product Owner and backlog.
• Deploy using DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
