Mastercard is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver backend services and secure, scalable APIs. You will work on Mastercard Authentication Program components such as ID Check and Token Authentication, building robust microservices in Java/Spring.

You will collaborate with product teams, estimate tasks, review code, and uphold coding standards. A CS degree, strong Java/Spring experience, and solid testing skills are required, with proficiency in English and a collaborative

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience with server-side/backend applications and microservices.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and RESTful APIs; solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders
• Estimate and own delivery tasks (design, dev, test, deployment, configuration, documentation) to meet requirements
• Drive code/design/process trade-off discussions and apply engineering best practices
• Report status and manage risks within the primary application/service
• Perform demos/acceptance discussions with Product owners
• Promote technology standards and review colleagues' work
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste
• Share knowledge to drive reuse of patterns and libraries
