Mindera is seeking an experienced Java developer to join our team in Portugal. You will mentor the development team, own features end-to-end from development to deployment, and help shape our online technology roadmap with a culture of lean, self-organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration, high-quality code, and the use of AI as a tool in coding. Remote from Portugal is an option, with 0-15% travel expected depending on project needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Java in production environments.
• Experience with Spring or Micronaut frameworks.
• Knowledge of Microservices, API protocols and GraphQL/REST APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and lead development teams across delivery cycles.
• Own code from development to deployment and maintenance.
• Diagnose production issues and implement fixes.
• Contribute to system design and implementation decisions.
• Drive adoption of new technologies to deliver business value.
