Mindera is seeking a Java AI Enabled Engineer to design scalable microservices and implement autonomous AI agents within enterprise applications. You will integrate LLM-powered features and ensure robust, secure, and observable systems across platforms.

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot experience, familiarity with agentic AI, LangChain, and clear API documentation. You will collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience for the role.
• Experience as a Java Developer and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Agentic AI and LLMs.
• Knowledge of LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting APIs, architecture, and developer guides.

Responsabilidades

• Backend Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using Java 17/21+ and Spring Boot.
• Agentic System Design: Architect autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning and dynamic tool utilization.
• LLM Integration: Integrate Azure Copilot into enterprise applications via RESTful APIs.
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Craft, test, and version-control prompts for deterministic outputs.
• System Reliability: Implement guardrails, rate limiting, fallback mechanisms, and observability.
• Collaboration: Work with App Engineers, product managers, data, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end experiences on Mobile Apps.

• Backend Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices using Java 17/21+ and the Spring Boot framework
• Agentic System Design: Architect and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks like Spring AI or LangChain4j. Develop systems capable of multi-step reasoning, dynamic tool utilization, and memory management
• LLM Integration: Integrate commercial Azure Co-pilot, into enterprise applications via robust RESTful APIs
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Craft, test, and version-control complex prompts to ensure deterministic, safe, and accurate model outputs. Use skills and agents md files for long term maintainability
• System Reliability: Implement guardrails, rate limiting, fallback mechanisms, and observability tracing for AI features to ensure enterprise-grade reliability and security
• Collaboration: Work closely with App Engineers, product managers, data, and frontend developers to define AI use cases and deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences on Mobile Apps

Requirements

Key Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience for the role
• Previous experience as a Java Developer and Springboot
• Experience with Agentic AI and LLMs
• Knowledge of LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting APIs, architecture, and developer guides
