Pictet Tech, in Lisbon, is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead backend development using Java 21 and Spring. You’ll work with AWS services, Terraform, and Python, contributing to scalable microservices and robust APIs.

You'll join a Scrum team, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues while delivering high-quality software in an agile setting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
• Backend development with Java 21, Spring, Spring Boot Data, Hibernate and JDBC.
• Strong command of relational databases.
• Extensive AWS experience (ECS, Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch).
• Python scripting for backend tasks and automation.
• Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• RESTful APIs, microservices, secure coding practices.
• GitHub or GitLab for version control.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs with Java 21 and Spring.
• Integrate solutions with Oracle or Aurora PostgreSQL databases.
• Build on AWS and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
