Tenth Revolution Group in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to lead the design of scalable backend services and cloud-native solutions for a growing B2B platform. You will work with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define architectures (DDD, hexagonal, microservices), promote best practices, and mentor teammates while shaping engineering culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in software architecture and senior backend roles.
• Extensive hands-on Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with hexagonal architecture and microservices.
• Experience designing REST APIs and event-driven systems.
• Familiar with architecture documentation methods (arc42, C4).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices (Clean Code, TDD).
• Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, NoSQL databases.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and operate backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Evolve service architectures focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Promote best practices and document architectural decisions.
• Contribute through full software lifecycle including deployment and operations.
• Promote cloud-native solutions within Azure environments.
• Support IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Explore AI-assisted development tool usage to improve productivity.
