Decskill is seeking a Senior Java/Angular Full Stack Developer to join our IT consulting team. The role focuses on designing and building end-to-end Java/Angular solutions across multiple squads, with emphasis on a strong Agile mindset and collaboration within a diverse, international context.

You will work on mission-critical applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery across production and non-production environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Java and full‑stack capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Java 21 and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with Angular 17–21, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and NGPrime.
• Experience with Hibernate, Lombok, Liquibase, and Maven, Git, Jenkins.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Web application development experience and SOAP/REST web services.
• Knowledge of DevOps toolchains and CI/CD practices.
• Agile methodologies and a strong Agile mindset; SCRUM experience.
• Expert French language proficiency and professional English working proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in requirements specification based on user needs.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Angular.
• Work across Agile squads supporting transactions, compliance/KYC, distribution frontend, and asset management.
• Ensure maintenance, evolution, and improvement of existing applications.
• Resolve bugs, change requests, and technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation per BNP Paribas guidelines.
• Deploy applications across production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and application quality.

We are looking for a Senior Java/Angular Full Stack Developer!

Responsibilities

• Participate in the requirements specification based on user needs.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Angular.
• Work across different Agile squads according to business priorities, supporting applications across Transaction Processing, Compliance and KYC, Distribution Front, and Asset Management.
• Ensure the maintenance, continuous evolution, and improvement of existing applications.
• Contribute to the analysis and resolution of bugs, change requests, and technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation according to BNP Paribas guidelines and requirements.
• Deploy applications across production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams throughout the different phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and application quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong experience in Java and full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in Java 21 and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with Angular 17–21, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and NGPrime.
• Experience with Hibernate, Lombok, and Liquibase.
• Experience with Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Solid experience in Web Application Development.
• Experience developing and integrating SOAP and REST Web Services.
• Knowledge of DevOps toolchains and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and a strong Agile mindset.
• Experience working within SCRUM teams.
• Experience with Jira and other project/development management tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AI-assisted development / vibe coding.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Expert level of French.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the life insurance or banking sector.
• Experience with Lux l’Assurance Vie or similar insurance platforms.
• Knowledge of financial or insurance business processes.
