Ignite IT excellence in Lisbon is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to maintain IT operations, enhance user experiences, and drive excellence across enterprise environments. The role covers desktop and collaboration tech, with a strong focus on Windows and Microsoft 365.

The position offers a hybrid work model in Lisbon and Porto, requiring hands-on support for Windows/macOS, AD, SCCM, MDM, PowerShell, and network basics. Fluency in English and Portuguese desired.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in IT User Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows OS, AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic macOS configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network incidents for users in Porto and Lisbon.
• Manage full hardware/software lifecycle of enterprise endpoints and peripherals.
• Provide support for meeting rooms and collaboration tech (Cisco and Teams).
• Automate tasks using PowerShell or scripting to streamline support processes.
