Decskill is looking for a Senior IT Risk Analyst to join our Lisbon team and help manage IT risk, third-party governance, and cloud-related controls. You will coordinate risk assessments, monitor documentation progress, and support data quality in risk tools across the organisation.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, ServiceNow GRC experience, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment while delivering high-quality outputs on tight deadlines.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC IT module is preferred.
• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is valuable.
• Basic cloud solutions knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in French or Spanish is advantageous.
• Strong MS Office and Excel capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Cloud solutions assessment-related deliverables.
• Report progress of Cloud documentation to Cloud leaders.
• Maintain data quality in BNPP Group Tool for IT Third Parties.
• Handle COE ICT Risks processes on IT Risk topics, including KPIs and permanent controls.
• Manage risks related to third-party suppliers and cloud solutions; follow up on recommendations.
• Analyze historical incidents and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

We are looking for a Senior IT Risk Analyst:

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Coordinating Cloud solutions' assessment related deliverables
• Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders
• Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality in BNPP Group Tool regarding IT Third Parties
• Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of COE ICT Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to:
• Key Risk Indicators
• Obsolescence
• Permanent Controls
• Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions
• Recommendations follow-up
• Historical Incidents

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise)
• ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience
• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable
• Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated
• Fluent in French / Spanish (valuable)
• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel
• Very good organisational and communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting
• Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives
• Good listening, questioning ability and result-driven personality
