Decskill is seeking an IT Risk Specialist and Middle Officer to strengthen IT governance for cloud and third-party IT services in a multinational setting. You will coordinate assessments and help maintain data quality in dedicated risk tools.

Responsibilities include reporting to Cloud leaders, supporting the TPTRM mid-office, managing KPIs, controls, and risk-related incidents, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years in IT Risk or Cyber Security.
• ServiceNow GRC IT module experience.
• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is valuable.
• Basic cloud solutions knowledge appreciated.
• Fluent in French or Spanish is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Cloud solutions’ assessment deliverables.
• Report progress of Cloud documentation to Cloud leaders.
• Middle office for TPTRM: maintain data quality in BNPP Group Tool.
• Support COE ICT Risks with IT Risk topics including KPIs and controls.
• Monitor obsolescence and permanent controls for IT risks.
• Follow up on risk recommendations and manage historical incidents.

We are looking for a IT Risk Specialist and Midle Officer:

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Coordinating Cloud solutions’ assessment related deliverables
• Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders
• Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality in BNPP Group Tool regarding IT Third Parties
• Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of COE ICT Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to:
• Key Risk Indicators
• Obsolescence
• Permanent Controls
• Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions
• Recommendations follow-up
• Historical Incidents

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise)
• ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience
• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable
• Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated
• Fluent in French / Spanish (valuable)
• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel
• Very good organisational and communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting
• Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives
• Good listening, questioning ability and result-driven personality
