VIRTHIO is seeking an IT purchasing applications specialist to implement, maintain, and support procurement solutions across Coupa, SAP SRM, and SAP ECC. You will manage interfaces, incidents, changes, and requirements, ensuring compliant, well-documented processes.

The role requires cross-regional experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication. Hybrid work options and ongoing career development are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience managing complex, cross-regional IT systems.
• Deep technical expertise in the Coupa platform, including its architecture, APIs, and Postman (Coupa certification is a plus).
• Strong working knowledge of SAP SRM (front-end/back-end, procurement workflows) and SAP ECC (purchasing transactions, master data, IDocs).
• Intermediate proficiency in ServiceNow for incident, change, and demand management, backed by solid ITIL principles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, maintain, and support Purchasing application solutions.
• Coordinate, build, and maintain system customizations while resolving operational incidents and training end-users.
• Monitor and manage application interfaces between Coupa, SAP ECC, and SAP SRM, validating data flows and resolving errors.
• Execute ITIL-aligned incident, demand, and change management processes while documenting business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, system interfaces, and user guides to meet audit and compliance standards.
• Travel occasionally (<10%) as required by project needs.
