Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master’s degree required.
• +5 years IT business analysis experience.
• Proficient in analysis and modelling techniques (use case/state/ER diagrams).
• Knowledge of BPMN or UML.
• Strong business requirements writing skills.
• Experience with large organizational processes.
• Ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, structured business requirements documents.
• Agile methodology certification would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare business requirements and approve specifications.
• Manage change requests.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and plan deliveries.
• Report IT module status to stakeholders.
• Assist with guidelines and training materials.
• Assist in business requirements documents and related documents.
• Interact with the business analysts, customers, users, project leaders and the developers.
• Participation in working groups and progress meetings.
